Ingredients:
- Bhindi – 250 g
- Big Onion – 1
- Mustard Seeds – ¼ Ts
- Cumin Seeds – ¼ Ts
- Chilli Powder –1 Ts
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ Ts
- Coconut – 2 spoons
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Salt – To taste
Preparation:
- Cut bhindi and onion into thin slices.
- In a pan, heat oil and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- When it splutters, add curry leaves and onion and sauté it for a minute.
- Now add bhindi, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt it for a minute.
- If oil is not sufficient, add little more.
- Fry the bhindi till it cooked.
- Finally add coconut and sauté it for a minute.
Tips:
- Coconut is optional. If you like, add it.
